What is the CLDP?

  • The Conductive Leadership Development Program is a six-month, multi-tiered experience designed to expand leadership capacity and deepen organizational impact. Each participant begins with a personalized Hogan Assessment and 1:1 debrief to establish a clear picture of strengths, risks, and opportunities for growth. Monthly learning modules explore the most current and challenging ideas in leadership today—questioning old paradigms of control and performance, and reframing what it means to lead in systems defined by change. Between sessions, smaller peer coaching groups and individual coaching engagements provide space for reflection, accountability, and real-world application.
  • By combining data-driven insight with experiential learning and collective practice, the program develops leaders who think more systemically, connect more intentionally, and act with greater clarity under pressure—creating a measurable shift in how leadership energy flows through the organization.
